We successfully completed the “Barometer Survey on Labor Market Demand with Additional Module on Skills Demand” with financial assistance from the Mongolia Emergency Relief and Employment Support Project being implemented through a soft loan extended by the World Bank in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection. Employing an internationally recognized survey methodology and approach, this survey distinguishes itself by identifying both the skills sought by the employers of Mongolia and the skills that are deficient among employees. |
